Winemaking
Traditional Press Rosé - Vinification separated of each grape variety, stabilization under cold conditions before fermentation with controlled temperature. No ageing.
Tasting notes
Pale color with pink and silver reflections, nose of small red fruit. The palate is supple, structured with a nice roundness.
Food pairing
Best served at a temperature of 46° à 50°F. This Winter en Provence will accompany perfectly your winter evenings with hot toast.
Aging potential
This 1st Press rosé expresses itself perfectly in the year which follows the harvest.
