Vineyard
Located in Seillons la Sainte Baume, the
selected plots extend over 20 hectares. The
altitude of the vineyard is extended between 360
and 420 meters. The soil is clay-limestone in
valleys and in the cultivated areas, whereas
composed of sand bauxite and marble for the
parts located in the extension of the Sainte
Victoire..
Winemaking
Traditional Press Rosé - Vinification separated of each grape variety, stabilization under cold conditions before fermentation with controlled temperature. No ageing.
Tasting notes
Pale color with pink and silver reflections,
nose of small red fruit. The palate is supple,
structured with a nice roundness.
Food pairing
Best served at a
temperature of 46° à 50°F. This Winter en
Provence will accompany perfectly your winter
evenings with hot toast.
Aging potential
This 1st Press rosé expresses itself perfectly in the year which follows the harvest.
