Tasting notes
Brilliant pale pink colour; fine and pleasant nose with fruited notes where raspberry and wild strawberry are predominant. In mouth, fresh and delicious wine, well-balanced.
Food pairing
Served at a temperature of 46.5°F to 50°F, the DOMAINE DE PARIS Rosé fits well with grilled fish or white meats. It can also be appreciated as an aperitif.
Cool tones of cantaloupe and peach mix with spots of citrus and stone aromas. High acid and high salinity drive the palate of this full bodied Rosé. The peach and minerality combo lingers for a long time on the finish.
