history
Founded in 1964 in Reims by an alliance of visionary winegrowers, Champagne Jacquart was born from a desire to control the destiny of their harvest and craft exceptional wines. Headquartered at the historic Hôtel de Brimont, the House draws from a mosaic of terroirs across Champagne’s finest crus. Its contemporary style, driven by a high proportion of Chardonnay, is defined by freshness, precision, and extended cellar aging. Today, Jacquart embodies a collective savoir-faire dedicated to high gastronomy and modern champagne expression.
Vineyard
Crafted from a prestigious selection of 100% Grands and Premiers Crus, this cuvée unites the pure chalk terroirs of Chouilly, Cramant, and Oger in the Côte des Blancs with the eastern slopes of Villers-Marmery in the Montagne de Reims. The vines benefit from diverse, sun-bathed exposures that ensure optimal aromatic maturity while preserving crystalline freshness. This harmonious blend of iconic terroirs gives the wine its graceful energy, spring-like finesse, and distinctive saline finish.
Winemaking
- ALcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks - Majority malolactic fermentation - Maturation : 6 years in bottles of the lees - Time spent in the cellar after dosage : at least 6 months after disgorgement
